• Insulated sandwich panels of 0.60mm thick PPGL/SS304 sheet with 100% CFC-free, pressure injected high density (43kg/m³), 2 components PIR fire resistant polyurethane core. • Sheet: 0.6mm thick, PPGL/SS304 grade. • Polyester Sheet: 1.5mm FR grade polyester, yellow, white and blue colors. Polyurethane: • 2-components Polyurethane Rigid. • Dimensional stability at +100°C & -25°C (2% max) • Density 43kg/m³ with max variation 2% in weight and volume. • Panels framed on all four sides with aluminum extruded profiles. • Door Leaf Thickness: 60mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm & 200mm |

• Aluminium extruded 6063 T6 grade, 20 micron anodized T99 wall frame with inbuilt recess for heaters. • Inbuilt reinforcement slots. • Puff insulation provided in Aluminium Frame for insulation and additional strength. |

• Heavy duty profiles in aluminium alloy grade 6063 T6. • Unique system allows the door to slide “down and in” at a 45° angle, using its own weight to ensure hermetic sealing. • Includes canopy with sloped top (0.8mm thick). |
