About the Product

Flap barriers are automated access control devices commonly used in high-traffic areas to manage and secure entry points. These systems feature swinging or sliding panels that open when a valid access credential, such as a card or biometric scan, is presented. They combine mechanical components, sensors, and control systems to ensure smooth and secure entry and exit.

How it works

Entry Validation

Users present an access credential (e.g., RFID card, biometric scan, QR code) to the integrated authentication system

Signal Processing

The flap barrier receives a signal from the access control system indicating whether the user is authorized

Flap Arm Operation

If authorized, the flap arms retract or open, allowing the user to pass through. If unauthorized, the flaps remain closed, and an alarm may be triggered or entry denied.

Safety Features

Infrared sensors detect motion to prevent the flaps from closing on a person while they are passing through

Emergency Mode

In emergencies, the system may automatically open the flaps to allow for quick evacuation

Tripod Turnstiles

Tripod 1
Tripod 2

Tripod turnstiles are used to manage and control pedestrian access in various settings. They enhance security by allowing only authorized individuals to pass through, preventing unauthorized entry and tailgating. They also help streamline pedestrian traffic, ensuring orderly movement and minimizing bottlenecks, especially in high-traffic areas

Security

Controlled Access

Tripod turnstiles act as a physical barrier, allowing only one person to pass at a time, ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter a facility or area.

Deterrent to Unauthorized Entry

The visible presence of a turnstile discourages individuals from attempting to enter without permission, enhancing security.

Integration with Access Control Systems

Integration with Access Control Systems: Tripod turnstiles can be integrated with card readers, biometric scanners, or other access control systems to verify credentials before granting access.

Enhanced Security

Deters climbing and crawling

Full height turnstiles create a physical barrier that is difficult to bypass, making it harder for individuals to enter without authorization.

Prevents tailgating

They are designed to allow only one person to pass at a time, discouraging individuals from following closely behind an authorized person to gain access.

Integration with access control systems

Full height turnstiles can be integrated with various access control systems like card readers, biometric scanners, or other authentication methods, further enhancing security.

High-security applications

They are commonly used in high-security areas like prisons, military installations, and data centers.
